TELEHEALTH & ELECTRONIC CHECK-IN We have new ways to make your visit faster and more efficient. The goal is to reduce your time in the office while still providing the type of personal care that is expected from our office.

TELEHEALTH

HIPPA-Compliant Virtual visits via “doxy.me” have been established in response to safety concerns patients everywhere may have due to COVID-19. Video visits may be arranged through laptops or smartphones. How does this work?  
  1. Call for an appointment
  2. Provide us with an email address or mobile phone number (your choice)
  3. Complete your Electronic Check-In (see ELECTRONIC CHECK-IN box below)
  4. Shortly before your appointment time, a link will be sent via text or email
  5. Click on the link and wait in the virtual waiting room for your appointment
  6. Chat with Dr. Chronis one on one to discuss any questions or concerns you have regarding your child from the comfort of your home
  7. Your insurance provider will be billed and co-pays will apply
 

FAST & FLEXIBLE

WELL-CHECK (& SPORT PHYSICAL) EXAMS Let’s do away with the 60-minute well check visit. As much as we love you, let’s reduce that office visit to 15 minutes. How you ask? It’s very simple.
  1. Schedule a pre-visit Telehealth meeting with Dr. Chronis at a convenient time (weekend options available)
  2. Provide us with an email address or mobile phone number (your choice)
  3. Complete your Electronic Check-In (see ELECTRONIC CHECK-IN box below)
  4. Shortly before your appointment time, a link will be sent via text or email
  5. Click on the link and wait in the virtual waiting room for your appointment
  6. Chat with Dr. Chronis one on one to discuss any questions or concerns you have regarding your child from the comfort of your home
  7. Schedule a quick, 12-15 minute office visit to finish the remainder of the exam
  8. The telehealth portion of this service is FREE. Normal well-check charges will be applied at the time of the office visit.
 

ELECTRONIC CHECK-IN

 

Through our “Patient Ally” Portal, you can now check-in and update your personal information anywhere.
 This is what to do:

  1. Call and provide us with an email address
  2. Through a HIPPA compliant process, we will upload all forms for completion prior to your appointment
  3. That’s all. No more time spent in the waiting room filling out forms
